Tracey Greenwood

Tracey's journey into fitness began during high school, inspired by early female bodybuilding pioneers like Corinna Everson, Tonya Knight, and Rachel McLish. She started training seriously in college and won her first amateur contest in 1997 at the Europa Fitness Championships. She continued competing as an amateur until 2001, when she placed second at the NPC USA Championships and earned her Pro Card, becoming a professional. Her bodybuilding career is complemented by an impressive academic background: she holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Delaware (1991), an M.S. in Health Education from Saint Joseph's University (1996), and a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from Temple University. In addition to competing, she has worked as a physician, bringing a unique perspective to health and fitness.

Beyond competition, Tracey is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of athletes. She trains aspiring figure and fitness competitors, sponsors her own NPC contest, the Tracey Greenwood Fitness and Figure Classic, and serves as a judge at the NPC state level. She also volunteers for Adopt a Boxer Rescue, showing her compassion for animals. Tracey's multifaceted career as a bodybuilder, doctor, and coach demonstrates her commitment to both physical excellence and professional achievement.
