These terms cover your use of All The Babes (allthebabes.com, the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who can use the site

The site is for adults only. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The age gate asks you to confirm this and stores your answer in a cookie. We do not check ID.

You are responsible for making sure that viewing adult material is legal where you are. If it is not, do not use the site.

2. Accounts, profile claims and disputes

You can browse without an account. If you create one, we collect your email address and a password, and you confirm you are 18 or older. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used to abuse the site.

Claiming a profile. If you are the person profiled, you can ask to claim your profile. To verify that, we ask for a link to a social account and a selfie photo, and a person reviews them by hand. We use the selfie only to check your identity, and it is deleted about 30 days after we decide the claim. Submitting a false claim, or claiming someone else’s profile, is grounds for rejection and for closing your account.

Disputes. Anyone can dispute a claim they believe is false. While a dispute is open, the claimed owner’s editing rights on that profile are suspended until we review it.

What you submit. If you send us an edit suggestion, trivia or similar text, you give us a non-exclusive right to use, edit and display it on the site. Only submit things you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, defamatory, or about anyone’s private life.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the site for ordinary personal browsing. You may not:

• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to bulk-copy, mirror or compile our profile pages, biographies or database (search engines that follow our robots.txt are fine);
• republish our biographies, page text or database elsewhere;
• hotlink, embed or frame our images or pages on other sites, or download our images in bulk;
• create multiple accounts, or manipulate ratings, claims, disputes or other community features;
• harass, threaten, stalk, expose or target anyone profiled on the site, or use the site to find or contact someone against their wishes;
• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or other people’s accounts; or
• use the site for anything unlawful.

4. About the content

All The Babes is a directory of roughly 124,000 model and performer profiles, each with photos and a short biography. Profile information and photographs come from third-party public sources, and photographs remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim to own them.

Biographies are written from structured facts and may contain mistakes, gaps or out-of-date information, including mistaken identification. Content is for information only. Appearing on the site does not mean a person endorses it, works with us, or agreed to appear. We do not guarantee that anything on the site is accurate, complete, current or lawful, so do not rely on it as a definitive source about any person.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any person profiled here, or by any agency, studio or website whose material appears on the site. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.

The site may show advertising from third parties, and may link to other sites we do not control.

5. Content removal requests

If you are pictured on the site or profiled on it, or you hold rights in material on it, you can ask us to remove it. You do not need an account, you do not need to be the copyright owner, and you do not need to have passed the age gate. We aim to reply within 7 calendar days and hide the material while we review. We do not allow content showing anyone under 18, or intimate images shared without the consent of the person shown, and we act on reports of those first. 6. Copyright (DMCA)

If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, send us a notice. The required contents of a notice, and how to send a counter-notice, are on ourContent Removal page. We close the accounts of people who are repeatedly found to infringe copyright.

7. 18 U.S.C. § 2257

We do not produce, direct or photograph the images on the site. We collect third-party images from public sources and re-host them. We do not hold the age-verification or identity records for the people shown in them, and nothing on the site should be read as saying we do. We do not allow content showing anyone under 18 (see section 5).

8. No warranty; limit of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise it will always be available, secure or error-free, and we make no statement about the identity, age, consent, or status of anyone shown on it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed US$100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under consumer laws that give you rights that cannot be waived.

9. Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you have an account and the changes are significant, we will email you. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
