Rosa Acosta

Rosa Acosta, a Dominican actress, ballet dancer, fitness model, and influencer from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, began her classical ballet studies at age four. She trained at the Centro de la Cultura and later the Instituto de Cultura y Arte (ICA), graduating with honors from both the ICA and the Ballet School of Norma Garcia with a Bachelor in Art, classical ballet. In 2002, she joined the Dominican National Ballet as its youngest soloist, performing in major classic and modern shows across the country, and was twice nominated by the Secretaria de Estado de la Juventud for her work in cultural development.

Acosta entered modeling in 2004, appearing in magazines and television for prominent Dominican companies. She moved to the United States in 2006, where her career expanded into music videos and editorial work. She has appeared in videos for The DEY, Juelz Santana, Drake, Mario, Chris Brown, Mike Posner, Booba, and Harvey Stripes, and on covers of King, Blackmen, JM, and Smooth. As of June 2025, she has amassed 1.5 million Instagram followers; more recently, that number has grown to 1.6 million.

Standing 5'5" with an athletic build and measurements of 34-24-38, Rosa has dark hair and brown eyes. She has had breast augmentation and a navel piercing. She began her career at about 25 years old and has been active since 2009, continuing to work in glamour and fitness modeling. She is 42 years old and was born on April 30, 1984.
