About Becky Lynch
Becky Lynch is an Irish professional wrestler, actress, and influencer. She is one of the most decorated female superstars in WWE history, known for her athletic build and auburn hair. Lynch began her wrestling training in 2002 at around 15 years old, working on the independent circuit in Ireland and across Europe and North America. She notably competed in Elite Canadian Championship Wrestling, where she became the inaugural SuperGirls Champion in 2005. A severe head injury in 2006 sidelined her for several years, but she made a comeback in 2012 and signed with WWE in 2013.
Lynch rose to fame in WWE, becoming the inaugural SmackDown Women's Champion at Backlash 2016, a title she has held four times. Her popularity skyrocketed in 2018 when she adopted a more aggressive character, dubbing herself "The Man" after attacking Charlotte Flair. In 2019, she won the Royal Rumble and made history at WrestleMania 35 by winning both the Raw and SmackDown Women's Championships simultaneously, the first woman to do so. She later set the record for the longest Raw Women's Championship reign at 399 days. After taking a hiatus for pregnancy in 2020, she returned in 2021 and continued to collect titles, becoming a Triple Crown Champion and then a Grand Slam Champion by 2023.
Outside the ring, Lynch has a large social media following, with 5.5 million followers on Instagram and 566,100 on TikTok. She is married to fellow wrestler Seth Rollins, with whom she has a daughter. Her career spans over two decades, making her one of the most recognizable figures in professional wrestling. She is of Irish descent, born in Limerick, Ireland.
