Biography
About Teri Diver
Teri Diver was a petite American performer and director, standing at 4'11" with a slim build, red hair, and brown eyes. Diver became an emancipated youth at 13, graduated high school early, and entered college, where she majored in behavior modification. After turning 18, she stripped to pay her way through school. She worked as a school teacher and held a part-time job at Nutri-System before moving to California, where financial problems led director Henri Pachard to convince her to try porn.
Diver soon moved into directing and producing with help from AVN publisher Paul Fishbein, eventually directing forty features. She performed in solo and partnered scenes, including bondage. Diver suffered from migraines for years, and her death on January 2, 2001, was apparently due to an overdose of migraine medication that caused cardiac arrest.
