Tanaya Beatty

Tanaya Beatty is a Canadian actress with hazel eyes, black hair, and a height of 5'6". She is of mixed-race heritage, primarily Native American, and was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on February 12, 1991. Her breakout role was as Rachel Black in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1. She has also starred as Jessica Finch in True Justice and as Caitlin Javier on the Canadian TV series Arctic Air. In 2016, she joined NBC's The Night Shift as Dr. Shannon Rivera. Later, she took the lead role in the film adaptation of Joseph Boyden's novel Through Black Spruce, and played Avery in Yellowstone. She continues to work in both film and television.
