Steffany De Sousa, the youngest cast member on E!'s Dash Dolls, began her reality TV career as a sales associate at a Dash boutique. Born on January 11, 1996, in the United States, she is American with Latin ethnicity. Standing 5'3" and weighing 118 lbs, she has a slim build and natural 32C bust. Her brown hair and brown eyes frame her petite frame, with measurements of 32-25-34.

Before fame, she worked at the boutique that would become the backdrop for the show.
