Sammy Jo

Beyond her own achievements, Sammy Jo is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals. She is an IFBB Bikini Pro, a Certified ISSA Health and Fitness Coach, a posing coach, and a suit stylist with Toxic Angelz Bikinis. She works with both men and women, teaching them how to feel confident in their own bodies, whether they want to change their lifestyle or compete on stage. Her coaching team combines over 25 years of experience. She loves being in control of her own progress, and she brings that same sense of empowerment to her clients. She also shares her expertise through her YouTube channel, which has amassed over 113,000 subscribers, and her Twitch platform, where she has 11,400 followers.

As a cosplayer and gamer, Sammy Jo connects with a different audience, often blending her fitness and creative interests. She is bisexual and has various tattoos and a navel piercing, details she sometimes shares with her followers. She maintains an active presence on Instagram, where she has 13k followers (as of April 2026). Her content spans fitness, gaming, and lifestyle, reflecting her diverse pursuits. Whether she's training clients, creating content, or competing on stage, Sammy Jo approaches every endeavor with the same drive that started with a simple New Year's resolution.

She is also a business woman, managing her multiple ventures. Her success in fitness and content creation has made her a recognizable figure in both communities. She thrives on seeing progress as a direct result of hard work, and she encourages others to experience the same transformation. Her path from a resolution to a pro card is a clear example of her dedication. She currently resides in the United States, continuing to expand her reach across platforms and disciplines.
