Rayna Vallandingham

Vallandingham's martial arts career began early. She is the youngest black belt to achieve 12 World Championship Titles. In 2011, at age 8, she won four world titles in Little Rock, Arkansas, including a Triple Crown in Traditional Forms, Weapons, Sparring, and Creative Weapons. This made her the youngest black belt ever to win a championship, competing against girls twice her size and older. The following year, she won six more world championships, and in 2013 she added an XMA Forms World Championship. She was also the youngest to compete in the 12-14 group on ESPN, performing for thousands.

After her championships, Vallandingham moved into entertainment. She debuted in the film "Underdogs" as Leticia, directed by Phillip Rhee. She has traveled globally for performances, teaching, and appearances, and has modeled, written, and done stunts. She is a brand ambassador for the American Tae Kwon Do Association. In 2024, she landed a key role in Netflix's "Cobra Kai," playing Zara Malik, a supporting antagonist and co-captain of the Iron Dragons. In part three of season six, she took her first defeat against Tory Nichols. In 2025, she was featured in Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Edition. She has appeared in a Shawn Mendes music video and continues to attend acting classes in Los Angeles.
