Rachel Daniels

Standing 5'0" and carrying 160 lbs of solid muscle, Rachel Daniels is an IFBB Pro Women's Physique competitor with a muscular build and natural breasts. Her black hair and mixed-race Latin heritage are part of what makes her stand out on stage. Rachel began her bodybuilding career in 2018, moving from the European PCA League's Bikini division to the NPC League's Women's Physique and Bodybuilding divisions in 2019, holding titles in each league and category. She earned her IFBB Pro Card at the NPC National Jr. USAS show in Charleston, SC in August 2019. A week later, she made her IFBB Pro Debut at the IFBB Pro League's New York Pro show held in her home town of Tampa, FL. Rachel won 1st place in the Women's Physique Division at the NY Pro, securing her December 2020 Olympia qualification.

Beyond competition, Rachel works as a personal trainer and posing coach, and she is also a bodybuilder, cosplayer, and fitness model. Her journey into fitness was shaped by an early challenge: she had spinal reconstructive surgery at age 14, after which she moved from gymnastics to dancing, boxing, and theater. She now performs under the stage persona "The Real Lois Lane," a name inspired by her motto, "I Am the Woman Who Can." With multiple tattoos and years of competing, Rachel continues to make her mark in the fitness world. She's been active since 2018, and her list of accomplishments shows no sign of slowing down.
