Margot Kidder was a Canadian actress and activist. She began acting around age 16, and her career spanned five decades. Kidder is best remembered for playing Lois Lane in the original Superman films. She also earned two Canadian Film Awards, an Emmy, a Genie, and a Saturn Award.
Born in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada, she died on May 13, 2018, in Livingston, Montana, at 69. Her death was ruled a suicide by self-inflicted drug and alcohol overdose. Kidder was scheduled to appear at Motor City Comic Con the week she passed. She had no tattoos or piercings. Her measurements were 34-25-36, and she was 5'6" tall.
