About Lily Justine

Edited by the community

Lily Justine, a 27-year-old American model and volleyball player, has an athletic build with brown hair and brown eyes. At 5'10" and 135 lbs, she carries herself with the easy confidence of someone who has spent a decade in the spotlight. She has been active in her dual careers since 2014, when she was just 15 years old.

Born in Seattle, Washington, Lily was raised as an only child by her parents, John Mitchell and Mia Justine-Mitchell. Her family has ties to UCLA: both her uncle, Leonard Gundert, and her grandfather, Jim Mitchell, attended the university. She chose to follow in their footsteps, selecting UCLA for its athletic history, beautiful campus, and inclusive atmosphere. She is currently studying physiological science there.

On the court, Lily's biggest thrill came when she was invited at the last minute to compete in the California Beach Volleyball State Championship in Manhattan Beach. Ranked dead last, she and her partner fought through the bracket to finish in third place. Off the court, she enjoys teaching volleyball to kids, playing the ukulele, caring for animals, and spending time at the beach surfing and swimming. She admires athletes like Misty May-Treanor and Jackie Robinson.
