Lynch grew up as a wrestling fan and made her debut as a valet in December 1996 on the Northeastern independent circuit, with help from her childhood friend Dawn Marie Psaltis. She managed several popular wrestlers in that region, including Steve Corino, Rik Ratchet, Pat Kenney, and The Inferno Kid. Soon after, she began training to wrestle and competed in many mixed tag matches. Her first singles match came in February 1998, a loss to Little Jeanne, then known as Sweet Destiny. On July 24, 1999, she won the NWA New Jersey Junior Heavyweight Championship from Kevin Knight. She is 5'8" and 130 lbs, with an athletic build, blonde hair, and brown eyes.

In 1999, talent scout Tom Prichard spotted her, and she signed a developmental contract with the WWF in July of that year. She appeared on Raw as one of The Godfather's Hos and was attacked by Viscera. She then trained in Memphis Championship Wrestling, where she feuded with The Kat, Jasmin St. Claire, Molly Holly, and Victoria. In May 2000, she made three more televised appearances as a Ho, briefly winning the Hardcore Championship from Crash Holly before he re-pinned her. When the WWF dropped MCW in December 2000, she was released. In 2002, she worked briefly for TNA as David Young's valet. She later returned to the independent circuit, winning the WEW Tag Team Championship in 2007 with Roni Jonah. In 2012, she wrestled for Ohio Valley Wrestling, challenging Taeler Hendrix for the OVW Women's Championship. She also served as a valet for X2C. At 55 years old, she remains an active figure in wrestling.
