Claudia Ohana began her career in cinema in 1979 with "Love and Betrayal," and by the early 1980s she was being called the "new Sonia Braga." Her film roles include "Menino do Rio" (1982), "Erendira" (1983), "Ópera do Malandro" (1985), "Luzia Homem" (1987), "Kuarup" (1989), and "Erotique" (1994). On television, she first appeared in the series "Obrigado, Doutor" in 1981, and later acted in soap operas such as "Amor Com Amor se Paga" (1984), "Tieta" (1989), where she played a young Tieta, "Fera Ferida" (1993/1994), "The Next Victim" (1995), "Zazá" (1997), and "As Filhas da Mãe" (2001). In theater, her first play was "Rock Horror Show," and another standout piece was "Carmen."
Born in Rio de Janeiro on February 6, 1963, Claudia is Brazilian and of mixed-race (primarily Latin) ethnicity. She stands 5'3" tall with a slim build and measurements of 34–24–34.
