Chloe Mortaud

French-American beauty queen Chloé Mortaud was born on September 19, 1989, in Lisieux, Normandy, France. She has been active in the public eye since 2008, starting her career at age 18. She first won Miss Albigeois Midi-Pyrénées 2008, then went on to be crowned Miss France 2009, becoming the 79th Miss France and succeeding Valérie Bègue. She also placed as the 5th runner-up in Miss Universe 2009 and the 3rd runner-up in Miss World 2009.

After her reign, Mortaud moved to the United States, living in Henderson, Nevada, from 2011 to 2018, with her then-partner, French racing driver Romain Thievin. The couple had a son named Matis in 2013. She later moved to Los Angeles, where she worked under contract with the Elite modeling agency, and then to Miami in 2020. In her personal life, she became engaged to Dean David Neiger in March 2020, and they married in June 2021 at the Château de Vallery in Yonne, with several former Miss France winners in attendance, including Sylvie Tellier and Iris Mittenaere. They have two children: a daughter named Maeva, born in 2022, and a son named Nathanael, born in January 2025.
