Beth Chapman, born Alice Elizabeth Smith on October 29, 1967, in Denver, Colorado, was the fifth wife of bounty hunter Duane "Dog" Chapman. Together they ran Da Kine Bailbonds with his sons, Leland and Duane Lee II, and Tim Chapman. She appeared on the television show Dog the Bounty Hunter, becoming a familiar face to viewers. Her career in reality TV spanned from 2004 to 2019, a period of 15 years.
