Barbara Jankavski

Brazilian Barbara Jankavski, known as 'Human Barbie,' was a former content creator, influencer, and model. She was born in 1994 in Brazil, and her distinctive look came from 27 plastic surgeries that cost about $56,000. Barbara documented her transformation online, amassing more than 344,000 TikTok followers and 57,000 on Instagram. Her journey and unique appearance gained her a large following.

Her life took a tragic turn on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, when she died at age 30 or 31 in São Paulo. Reports say she was with a public defender for a private meeting where illicit substances were reportedly used, and she was later found unconscious in her home, wearing only underwear. Authorities found an injury to her eye and marks on her back, and they registered her death as suspicious while investigations continued. Cocaine overdose was ultimately ruled the cause of her passing.

The case has drawn attention because of the circumstances and the number of surgeries she had. While her surgeries are not officially linked to her death, multiple surgeries can increase health risks. No official medical condition has been confirmed, and toxicology and autopsy results are pending. Her death is still being investigated by authorities in São Paulo.
