Allison Frahn

Allison Frahn has competed in the IFBB Figure Olympiad five times, from 2012 to 2016. She is an American bodybuilder, business woman, and fitness model, with black hair. Born and raised in the New York/New Jersey area, she is one of three daughters born to Jane and Wayne Frahn. She has an identical twin named Lauren and a sister named Kristen.

In 1998, while a freshman at the University of Delaware, she underwent brain surgery to successfully remove a benign granuloma. She is the founder and operator of Alli's Slim Pickins, a nutrition business focused on protein-rich original recipes. She travels between New York, New Jersey, and Dallas, Texas.
