Alianyi Palmar

Alianyi Palmar stands out in the fitness world not just for her muscular build, but for the way she turned training into a full-time career. She began working out at Planet Fitness, where she built the foundation that would later make her a recognizable name among fitness influencers. Now she coaches clients, models, and shares her journey with a massive audience.

Her Instagram presence, with more than 1.4 million followers, is a direct result of her commitment to posting about her training and physique. That platform helped her land sponsorships with companies like Dragon Pharma, which produces protein powder, vitamins, and supplements. Her influence reaches beyond her own accounts; she and fellow fitness influencer Brigitte Goudz have both been featured on the Reel Muscle YouTube channel.

Alianyi is a Venezuelan-American trainer who uses her online presence to inspire others. She has also documented her fitness path for years, offering a real look at the work behind her athletic look.
