Troian Bellisario

American actress Troian Bellisario was born on October 28, 1985, in Los Angeles, California. She grew up in a family of filmmakers: her father is producer Donald P. Bellisario and her mother is actress Deborah Pratt.

Troian made her screen debut at age three in the film Last Rites (1988), then studied at the University of Southern California. She is best known for playing Spencer Hastings in Pretty Little Liars (2010–2017), a role that brought her international fame and several awards. Her other film credits include C.O.G. (2013), Feed (2017), which she also wrote and produced, Clara (2018), and Where'd You Go, Bernadette (2019). Beyond acting, she is an activist and influencer. She is of Italian, Louisianian Creole, and Serbian descent. As of March 2026, her Instagram account has 16.2 million followers.
