Born Sandra Lee Schwab on April 6, 1966, in Richmond, California, she is an American of Caucasian ethnicity. She entered the adult industry in 1992, at around age 26, and was active until 2020, spanning 28 years. Her on-screen work covered solo performances including masturbation, and boy-girl scenes involving blowjob, vaginal, anal, and double penetration. She also performed in girl-girl softcore scenes. During her career, she appeared in about 100 X-rated films by 1994, started a production company called Immaculate Video Conceptions, and directed movies such as XXX Files: Lust in Space and I Touch Myself. She retired from the adult industry in 1994, though her years active extend to 2020.

Before her adult career, she was a professional wrestler, a sportswoman in the late 1980s with the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, using the ring name Tiffany Mellon. She teamed with Roxy Astor as the Park Avenue Knockouts. She left G.L.O.W. in 1989, citing harassment over suspected lesbianism. She is married with two children.
