She was a slim, blonde adult performer with brown eyes and a heart tattoo on her left belly. Tiffani DiGivanni was born on January 26, 1986, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a kid, she dreamed of becoming a doctor and was a very good student in high school. At 18, she got pregnant and gave birth to a daughter. Before entering porn, she worked as a real estate agent in New Mexico.

In February 2005, after giving birth, she changed her natural A cup breasts for DD implants. She started working in porn in May 2005, appearing in Hustler magazine and in a small number of adult movies. She was offered a contract with Hustler but declined because she didn't agree with the terms. Tiffani had a nine-month romantic relationship with porn industry attorney Michael Fattorosi, who represented her in a custody battle for her daughter with the father. Her career lasted two years, from 2005 to 2007.

On October 7, 2007, in Los Angeles, Tiffani died by suicide at age 21. She was 5'6" and weighed 119 lbs, with measurements of 38–24–34 and enhanced breasts. Her life was cut tragically short, but her time as an American porn star left a small but notable mark in the industry.
