Taylor Swift

Swift signed with Big Machine Records in 2005, releasing her debut album Taylor Swift in 2006. The crossover hits "Teardrops on My Guitar," "Love Story," and "You Belong with Me" introduced her to a wide audience. She explored rock on Speak Now (2010) and electronic sounds on Red (2012), then fully shifted to pop with 1989 (2014). The media scrutiny that followed inspired Reputation (2017), which incorporated hip-hop influences. After moving to Republic Records in 2018, she released Lover (2019), the indie folk albums Folklore and Evermore (2020), and the more subdued pop of Midnights (2022) and The Tortured Poets Department (2024). In response to an ownership dispute, she re-recorded her early albums as Taylor's Version. Her concert tours include the Eras Tour (2023–2024), the highest-grossing tour ever. She has also appeared in films such as Miss Americana (2020), All Too Well: The Short Film (2021), and The Eras Tour (2023), the highest-grossing concert film.

Swift holds numerous records, including seven albums with first-week sales of one million copies, and she is the highest-grossing touring artist. She has won 14 Grammy Awards, including a record four Album of the Year wins, plus a Primetime Emmy and multiple IFPI Global Recording Artist awards. She was named Time Person of the Year in 2023. In her personal life, she married Travis Kelce on 3 July 2026. As of June 2026, she has 273.6 million Instagram followers, 94.5 million on X, and 33.4 million on TikTok.
