Tay Conti

Conti rose to prominence in AEW after joining in August 2020, where she entered the AEW Women's Tag Team Cup Tournament with Anna Jay as the team TayJay. They defeated Nyla Rose and Ariane Andrew in the quarterfinals but lost to Ivelisse and Diamante in the semifinals. She later signed with AEW in September 2020. Over the next few years, she competed for the NWA World Women's Championship, the AEW Women's World Championship, and the AEW TBS Championship, though she did not capture those titles. In 2022, she adopted the ring name Tay Melo and turned heel by joining the Jericho Appreciation Society with Sammy Guevara. They successfully defended the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship together. Her feud with Ruby Soho and Ortiz led to several matches, including a victory at All Out with assistance from Anna Jay.

Outside the ring, Conti has a background in judo. She is a fan of MMA, particularly the UFC, and has expressed interest in fighting MMA in the future, having visited UFC Gym several times. In her personal life, she was married to fellow judoka Jorge Conti in 2017, but they separated, and she later began a relationship with fellow wrestler Sammy Guevara in January 2022. They got engaged in Paris and married in Orlando on August 7, 2022, and revealed they were expecting their first child at AEW Double or Nothing 2023. She has an Instagram following of 610k.
