Tamzin Merchant is a British actress and writer. She was born on 4th March 1987 in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, England, United Kingdom. She is best known for her roles as Georgiana Darcy in the film Pride & Prejudice (2005), Catherine Howard on the Showtime series The Tudors (2009–2010), and Anne Hale on the WGN America series Salem (2014–2017). She was educated at Homerton College, Cambridge, where she studied Education Studies.
Tamzin was originally cast as Daenerys Targaryen on Game of Thrones, but after filming all her scenes for the first episode, she opted out and the role went to Emilia Clarke. She has blonde hair, blue eyes, and a slim build. She stands 5'5" tall with real, natural breasts.
