Sydne Rome

Sydne Rome's life changed forever in 2009, when a car accident left her with facial paralysis. The airbag blew up in her face, and while doctors stitched up her skin, they didn't realize her facial muscles had taken a hit. "That part of my face after a while became paralyzed," she said, adding that physical therapy 10 years later has helped her improve a little. She admitted she didn't recognize her face in photos from her past due to the change on the right side.

Born in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, and of Italian heritage, Rome began her career in 1974 as an actress and Playboy model. She worked exclusively in Europe, appearing in many French, Italian, and German films. Her measurements are 32–26–34, and she has real, natural 32C breasts. At 5'5" and 118 lbs, she has a slim body type, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Her first name is often misspelled Sydney or Sidney, and she is the sister of playmate Julia Lyndon.

Despite her injury, Rome didn't let it bring her down. She continued working in entertainment, and most recently starred in the Italian film *La Quattordicesima Domenica Del Tempo Ordinario*, released in 2023. Today she's more famous for her extreme plastic surgeries than her early work or looks.
