About Susan Ward
Susan Ward first made her name as Meg Cummings, the virginal heroine on Aaron Spelling's soap opera Sunset Beach, but her breakout movie role was the opposite: a psychotic stalker in the 1999 thriller The In Crowd. That film flopped in theaters yet gained traction on cable and home video. She then appeared in Shallow Hal and built a résumé of made-for-TV and straight-to-video projects, plus guest spots on shows like Friends. Her career spanned from 1992 to 2012, roughly 20 years, before she stepped away from acting.
Born in Monroe, Louisiana, on April 15, 1976, Ward began modeling at 13, left school, and moved to New York before pivoting to acting. She is 5'4" and slim, with measurements 36–27–34. She has brown hair and blue eyes. Ward married David C. Robinson, a vice president at Morgan Creek Productions, in 2005; he had cast her in The In Crowd in 1999. She is a committed Christian. Her look has often drawn comparisons to actress Mila Kunis.
