Susan McBain

With her slim build and brown hair, Susan McBain looked far younger than her years, a quality that made her a natural fit for the innocent roles she often played. She entered the New York City porn scene in the mid-1970s, when she was a 30-year-old single mother. Her career spanned from 1975 to 1984, during which she performed in a variety of 8mm loops and feature films, including "Farmer's Daughters" (1975), "Blonde Velvet" (1976), "Rollerbabies" (1976), "Barbara Broadcast" (1977), "Candy Lips" (1977), and "Sweetheart" (1977).

Her on-screen persona frequently cast her as the innocent victim of exploitative boyfriends or employers, though she was known to be quite uninhibited. She also appeared in interracial scenes. Despite her prolific work, she never modeled for magazine shoots, so high-quality photos of her are scarce. Today, only low-resolution screen grabs remain, offering a glimpse of her work from that era.
