Sravanthi Chokarapu

Sravanthi Chokarapu is known to Telugu audiences as Anchor Sravanthi, a woman who carries the exact spelling of her fiancé's name, Prashanth, inked in a heart on her right arm, with a second tattoo on her right bicep. That ink is a rare personal detail in an industry where anchors usually keep their private lives off camera. She is Indian, born in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, and has built a career across three professions: actress, journalist, and presenter. At 40, she is 5'5" with an average build, black hair, and brown eyes.

Her path began in 2009 as a model, then moved to anchoring with YOYO TV, where she interviewed celebrities and reviewed films. She rose to prominence hosting shows like Filmy Focus, Best of Extra Jabardasth (2022), and Sridevi Drama Company (2021) on ETV Telugu. Her engaging Rayalaseema dialect stood out, notably during an interview with Allu Arjun for Pushpa: The Rise (2021). She won an episode of the Telugu game show Gold Rush (2017). Her acting debut came in the Telugu film Mahankali (2013), followed by roles in Aditya 369 (1991, supporting role), Mukhachitram (2022), and Saindhav (2024). She participated in Bigg Boss Non-Stop (2022), which boosted her fame, and entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 7 (2023) as a contestant, though she exited early.
