Sonia Isaza

Over the years, Isaza qualified for more prestigious events, including the Arnold Strongman Classic, an annual competition created by Arnold Schwarzenegger. She spent time in Australia, where others encouraged her to share her progress online. That led to an Instagram account, a move that would become pivotal to her career. She now has 3.7 million followers on Instagram, posting personal photos and training videos. Her fame attracted companies, and she partnered with NitroFit, a Colombian sports supplement brand, appearing in their promotions and events. She also trained at MMA Mafia Academy, doing boxing classes, though they also offer Muay Thai, functional weightlifting, and jiu-jitsu. She's done modelling for Crystal Wings, a Colombian fitness clothing retailer shipping worldwide.

In her personal life, Isaza has been in a relationship with professional soccer player Arturo Vidal since 2018. Their relationship became public in January 2019 when they posted vacation photos. Vidal is best known for his time as a midfielder with Barcelona and the Chilean national team, and he earned the nickname King Arthur at Juventus. Isaza loves working out her abs and enjoys building her legs with Smith Machine squats. She remains active on Instagram, posting several times a week. She also has a Twitter account with over 2,400 followers, though she has yet to post there, and a Facebook account with over 132,000 followers that hasn't been active since 2018. She is 42 years old, stands 5'3", and has an athletic body type.
