Sofia Sisniega

Athletic and green-eyed, Sofia Sisniega is a Mexican actress born on 7 June 1989 in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico. She is best known for her role as Sofia López-Haro in the 2013 Mexican adaptation of Gossip Girl: Acapulco. She began acting in local community theatre at age four, performing four times a week at bookstores as part of a children's theatre group. Her late father, Marcel Sisniega Campbell, was a Mexican Grandmaster chess player and independent film director. She holds dual citizenship in the United States and Mexico and was raised in both countries.

Sisniega has appeared in several notable productions, including The House of Flowers (2014), Club de Cuervos (2015), and Compulsion (2018).
