About Skye Dolecki
American wrestler Skye Dolecki has made her mark in professional wrestling under the ring name Skye Blue. Born in Chicago, Illinois, she started her career in 2017 and quickly rose through the ranks of independent promotions. She captured the AAW Women's Championship and the CSW Women's Championship, among other titles, before signing with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) in 2023. Skye has also competed in Ring of Honor (ROH), Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), and National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), showcasing her versatility across multiple promotions.
Skye made her AEW debut in April 2021 on AEW Dark: Elevation, where she faced Britt Baker. Over the following years, she appeared on AEW Dark, Rampage, and Dynamite, often in hard-fought losses against top competitors like Jade Cargill and Serena Deeb. In 2023, she earned a number one contender spot for the AEW Women's World Championship after a four-way victory, though she fell short in her title challenge. Her first ROH match came in March 2023, teaming with Madison Rayne to defeat The Renegades. She also competed in the Owen Hart Foundation Women's Tournament, advancing to the quarterfinals.
A pivotal storyline began in September 2023 when Julia Hart sprayed black mist into Skye's eyes. Over time, Skye's persona shifted from a bubbly, energetic girl-next-door to a darker, more aggressive character. In December 2023, she turned heel for the first time, aligning with Hart. In May 2024, she challenged Mercedes Moné for the AEW TBS Championship but was unsuccessful. A broken ankle in July 2024 sidelined her, though she made a surprise appearance at All Out Zero Hour in September. She is of Polish descent and is currently in a relationship with fellow wrestler Kyle Fletcher. She has also gained a significant following on Instagram, amassing 230,000 followers.
