Sierra Skye Egan

Sierra's rise to fame began on Instagram in May 2015, where her bikini and fitness posts quickly gained traction, thanks in part to her then-boyfriend, photographer Roman Palumbo. Her follower count grew to 3.9 million, leading to contracts with brands like Boutine Los Angeles and Fashion Nova, as well as representation by Elite Model Management. She briefly studied nursing at California State University Channel Islands but left to focus on modeling. Over time, she expanded into YouTube and TikTok, though her primary platform remains Instagram.

In 2021, Sierra launched two OnlyFans accounts, one free and one paid, where she produces explicit content. Her adult work includes solo performances, girl-girl scenes, and boy-girl content, often filmed with her husband, Ryan Nassif. She also ventured into camgirl work in January 2025. A licensed aesthetician, she shares skincare tips while maintaining her physique with early morning cardio and twice-weekly training. She has a phobia of food touching, which she says she inherited from her mother. Sierra's estimated net worth is $1 to $1.5 million, amassed through modeling, endorsements, and her adult content. She is left-handed, double-jointed, and enjoys traveling, with Madrid being her favorite destination.
