Sierra's social media following has grown substantially. On Instagram, she has 787k followers, on TikTok over 2 million, and on Twitch over 28,900 by March 2025. Her TikTok career took off in March 2021 with cosplay videos, dance trends, and lip-syncs featuring anime and video game characters. On Twitch, she streams under the handle @ccabots, focusing on gaming and interactive content, often showing her cosplay creations. She also runs a YouTube channel with occasional gaming and cosplay videos. Her estimated net worth is between $800,000 and $5 million as of March 2025, sourced from TikTok, Twitch, OnlyFans, and brand partnerships.

In recent years, Sierra has shifted more toward adult content. She launched an OnlyFans in 2022 and signed with Chaturbate as a camgirl, doing her first live cam shows. Her content has progressed from bikinis to handbras, focusing on her large breasts, which have increased in size due to weight gain. She posts boob play videos and teasers, and she has hinted at more explicit content by posting pictures teasing a blowjob. While still non-nude, she plans to start ticket shows and become more successful as a camgirl. She also offers custom content on her OnlyFans. Despite this shift, she maintains a positive public image and has avoided major controversies. She has collaborated with creators like Megnutt02 and features her golden retriever in her content. She works with influencers and brands in cosplay and gaming circles, and she continues to stream, post, and update her OnlyFans from her base in Ontario.

Sierra's popularity is driven by her large breasts, which first gained attention on TikTok and Instagram. Fans on SimpCity have described them as squishy like huge soft pillows. She is also known for her detailed costumes, dance videos, and relatable persona, appealing to fans of gaming and anime culture. Fans view her as talented and authentic, appreciating her creativity and friendly demeanor.
