Shiri Appleby, born December 7, 1978, in Los Angeles, California, is best known for her leading role as Liz Parker in the television series Roswell. Her film credits include A Time for Dancing, Swimfan, Havoc, and Charlie Wilson's War.
Appleby joined the final season of ER in 2008 as Daria Wade, then starred as Cate Cassidy in the CW drama Life Unexpected. In 2012, she played Lucy in Dating Rules from My Future Self. She is also a mother of two, married to chef Jon Shook.
