American Sherry Arnett was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on Friday, October 2, 1964. She attended the University of Iowa and originally planned a career in pharmacy, but instead became a busy model in St. Louis. Her first Playboy appearance was in September 1984's "Girls of the Big 10," billed as "Sherry Klemesrud." She also appeared on the October 1985 cover.
Arnett was named Playboy's Playmate of the Month for January 1986, and she also earned the same honor from Playboy Argentina in February 1986 and Playboy Germany in May 1986. She appeared in three Playboy videos and posed for a number of Playboy newsstand special editions. Her measurements are 36–22–34, and she stands 5'5" with a slim build.
