Samantha Faye

Samantha Faye, born Cindy Terhune on July 14, 1956, in Redwood Falls, Minnesota, was an American Penthouse model and actress. She first gained recognition as Penthouse Pet of the Month in July 1980, at age 23. Standing 5'11" with natural breasts and a slim build, she had brown eyes and brown hair. She was sometimes credited as Koy Luvdahl during her career. Photographed by Earl Miller, she lived in several places, including New York, Paris, Greece, Las Vegas, and San Francisco for 18 years, before returning to Minnesota. She passed away on July 23, 2018, at age 62. Her measurements were 35–23–36. Her legacy in the modeling world remains notable.
