About Saba Mubarak
Known for her versatility as an actress and producer, Saba Mubarak has been a staple of Jordanian and Arab screen for nearly three decades. She was born on April 10, 1976, in Anjara, Jordan, and her full name is Saba Ahmed Soliman Mubarak El Siouf. She holds a bachelor's degree in Theater Acting and Directing from Yarmouk University (2001), which she completed while already working in the industry. Her career began in 1998 with a role in the Jordanian TV series Qamar wa Sahar, and she quickly moved into film with her first cinematic role in 2003's Safar Al-Ajneha (Travel of the Wings), directed by Tha'er Mousa. Over the years, she has appeared in a wide range of productions, including the TV dramas Balqis, Moga Harra, Al Ahd, and the three seasons of Hekayat Banat (2012–2017). Her Egyptian cinema breakthrough came with Mohamed Amin's film Bentein Men Misr (Two Girls from Egypt), followed by roles in international projects such as Agent Hamilton: But Not If It Concerns Your Daughter and The Guest: Aleppo to Istanbul. She is also the daughter of Palestinian plastic artist Hanan Al-Agha.
