Ruth Bentson

Ruth Bentson combines two demanding careers: she is a doctor by day and a bodybuilder by night. Her athletic physique, enhanced through training and surgery, supports her work as a fitness model and trainer. With brown hair and brown eyes, she presents a consistent look across her public roles.

Ruth's Instagram following of 18k reflects her growing presence in the fitness world. While her medical practice grounds her in science, her modeling and coaching work put that knowledge into action. She maintains an active lifestyle that matches her professional interests.
