Rocio rose to fame in the early 2000s as a collaborator on the popular Telecinco late-night show Crónicas marcianas (2001–2005), alongside figures like Javier Sardá and Boris Izaguirre. She has appeared in numerous TV series, including a long-running role as Sandra in Arrayán, as well as Amar en tiempos revueltos, Fuera de control, El Ministerio del Tiempo, and Desconocidas.
