Raye Hollitt

Raye Hollitt, born on Friday 17th of April 1964 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, United States, is an American actress and former bodybuilder. She is widely recognized by her stage name Zap, one of the original cast members of American Gladiators. Hollitt graduated from Lake-Lehman High School in 1982 and then worked as a paralegal for seven years before entering the spotlight.

Her acting career began with a speaking role in Blake Edwards' 1989 film, Skin Deep, and she also appeared as a contestant on the game show Card Sharks. She did the pilot for JAG (Judge Advocate General), playing a pilot named Cassie, and later appeared on Baywatch, Blossom, and several other TV shows. Hollitt's most iconic role was on American Gladiators, where she starred in Season 1 in 1989, took off the second season for maternity leave, and returned for Season 3, continuing through 1995. She also participated in an alumni show in the final season.
