Raquel Santos

Raquel Santos was a Brazilian fitness model and glamour model from Niterói, Rio de Janeiro. She first caught public attention as a finalist in the Musa do Brasil contest, a national beauty competition. In November 2015, she was named Gata da Hora by the newspaper Meia Hora, a column that highlighted rising models. Raquel was married and the mother of two children, aged 13 and 7 at the time of her death. She died on 11 January 2016, at the age of 28, after undergoing a cosmetic procedure. This was not her first aesthetic intervention. Her body type was athletic, and her breasts were fake or enhanced, details that were part of her glamour modeling image. Her sudden passing at such a young age came as a shock to those who followed her career. Raquel's life was cut short just months after her last media appearance. She remains remembered in the Brazilian modeling community.
