Indonesian beauty pageant contestant Pricilia Carla Yules was born on Monday, 8th of July 1996, in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. Her father, Frederick (Fredy) Yules, is Indonesian-Dutch, and her mother, Yunny Chandra, is Chinese Indonesian.
