Phyllis Sherwood

Phyllis Sherwood was an American adult model, centerfold, housewife, and Playboy model known for her work in the 1960s. She had a slim body type and stood at 5'1" tall, with blonde hair and brown eyes. Her measurements were 34–22–35, and her bust was natural.

Phyllis was born on September 30, 1937, in Niagara Falls, New York. She moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1959 and worked at Miami's Playboy Club for two years, where she wore a bunny outfit. In 1963, at the age of 25, she became Playboy's July 1963 centerfold after a photographer snapped her picture outside a home in Palm Island. She posed on a life raft with her strawberry blonde hair, and she was comfortable in front of the camera. After her centerfold appearance, she continued modeling and traveling as a Playboy bunny.

In the late 1960s, Phyllis traded modeling for a domestic life, becoming a housewife and raising her two sons and a daughter. She later moved to Chicago with her family, then back to South Florida in 1996, settling in Davie. She co-owned her husband's condo management business, and the family lived on a three-acre property where she cared for horses, dogs, and ducks. Phyllis died on April 16, 2007, at the age of 69, after battling cancer. She was survived by her husband, two sons, and daughter. The family requested donations to Gilda's Club in her memory.
