Paige Summers

Paige Summers was born Nancy Ann Coursey on July 21, 1976, in Lorain, Ohio. She moved with her family to Morganton, North Carolina, and graduated from Freedom High School, where her senior superlative was "Barbie Look-Alike." Summers invented the name Paige Summers for her adult modeling career, which spanned from 1994 to 2003. She was an American adult model, known for her blonde hair, blue eyes, and 5'8" frame. Her measurements were 37–24–35, and she had enhanced breasts, a navel piercing, and a tattoo on the right side of her pubic hair.

Summers appeared in several issues of High Society and Cheri magazines in 1995. In August 1996, she was chosen Penthouse Pet of the Month, and in 1998 she became Penthouse Pet of the Year, the first North Carolinian to receive that honor. As part of her award, Kia Motors gave her a Sportage SUV in exchange for advertising. She claimed to earn half a million dollars a year and appeared on The Howard Stern Show and in several Penthouse videos. Her career took her around the world, including to India and Australia, but she stayed close to her family and moved back to Morganton by 2003.

Summers was engaged to local pharmacist and real estate owner Bracey Bobbitt on October 11, 2002. She was found dead in her home on the shore of Lake James on the morning of September 22, 2003, from a drug overdose of codeine and oxycodone. She was 27. Her legacy as a Penthouse Pet endures, remembered for her Southern charm and striking presence.
