Nikki Belzano

Nikki's journey has been marked by resilience. In the summer of 2016, on her birthday, she was diagnosed with a deadly sepsis infection, which led to septic shock and a nearly five-day stay in the ICU. After beating the 50/50 mortality odds, she became an advocate for Sepsis.org, raising awareness about the condition. Her story went internationally viral several months after her recovery. Nikki has undergone ten breast augmentations since she was 21, starting with a transumbilical breast augmentation (TUBA) of 400cc and later upgrading to 1000cc in December 2018, following multiple revisions and reconstructive procedures. She also battled sepsis, which required reconstructive surgery.

Before moving to Las Vegas in 2011, Nikki was a high school cheerleader and later met her husband on the set of a SpikeTV.com MMA radio show in 2010 in Princeton, New Jersey. She worked as a cocktail waitress in Las Vegas and continues to be a former model. Her story is one of survival and advocacy. She has a brown-eyed, blonde-haired look that has made her a recognizable figure in glamour modeling. Despite the challenges, she remains active in her advocacy work.
