Nicole Junkermann

Blonde-haired and slim, Nicole Junkermann is a German entrepreneur and investor known for her work in sports media, technology, and healthcare investing. She founded NJF Holdings, an international investment firm with venture capital, private equity, and real estate activities, and serves on several company boards and advisory bodies.

Early in her career, she co-founded the online business Winamax and helped grow the sports media company Infront Sports & Media, which was later sold in a major transaction. She has lived and worked across Europe, the U.S., and Asia, speaks multiple languages, and is based in London. In 2025, she was appointed Visiting Professor in Practice at Lancaster University. She has also been involved in philanthropy and arts funding, holding trusteeships at the Royal Academy Trust and the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
