Before modeling, Neesa was a medical student with a passion for psychology. She planned to become a doctor and eventually a psychiatrist. In her own words, modeling helped her love herself and her appearance, and it introduced her to interesting people. She is bisexual and says she is comfortable with both girls and boys, though she usually chooses boys. She is also an animal lover who enjoys horse riding, music, and playing guitar, ukulele, and piano.

Neesa dreams of traveling the world, with destinations like California, Miami, England, Paris, the Netherlands, and Korea on her list. She began her sexual life at 17 and is natural in her appearance. She has a tattoo on her left bicep. Her hair is brown, and her eyes are brown as well. Not to be confused with another Neesa from San Francisco who retired in 2009.
