Nadia Bjorlin is an American actress, model, and producer known for her work in television and film. Born in Newport, Rhode Island, she was the fifth of six children in a family deeply rooted in the arts. Her father, Ulf Björlin, was a Swedish conductor and composer, and her mother, Fary Bjorlin, supported a household where creativity flourished. The family moved to Sweden for a few years before returning to the United States, giving Nadia a multicultural upbringing.

Bjorlin's early life was marked by exceptional talent. She began professional training at age six and attended the Interlochen Center for the Arts and the Boston University Tanglewood Institute, winning several awards along the way. Her operatic training earned her a first-place prize in a prestigious competition in Italy, and she was also second runner-up in Miss Teen Florida. This blend of skills led to a sudden turn when NBC signed her to play an opera-singing character on a soap opera, launching her acting career in 2002. Since then, she has appeared in movies and TV series, including guest roles on shows like CSI, Two and a Half Men, and Two Broke Girls. She also showcased her dancing in Ricky Martin's music video "Shake Your Bon Bon."
