Miroslava Najdanovski represented Serbia and Montenegro at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. At only 16 years old, she was the youngest member of the Serbo-Montenegrin delegation and one of the youngest athletes to compete in those Games. She went on to become a 3-time Serbian Olympic swimmer.
